I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right across the sea from the city center. The hotel provided easy access to the beach, where I could relax on the free beach beds and parasols. The room service was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a delicious dinner in the comfort of my own room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. I was very impressed with the service and amenities offered at this hotel.

The beach was just a short walk away, and the hotel took great care of the beach chairs and provided towels whenever we needed them. I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel on the outskirts of the old town. The location was perfect for me as it allowed me to explore the Rethymno area easily. The property and pool area were beautiful and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The recently refurnished rooms were spacious and had a beautiful sunset view. The staff, especially Christina and the front staff, were incredibly helpful and attentive. I also loved that the hotel was located right beside the beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the sandy shores and various water sports facilities. Additionally, the hotel's amenities such as free sunbeds and towels at the beach were a great convenience.

The beach was nice and in front of our hotel. The fact that our room overlooked the sea.

During our Christmas break, we enjoyed the festive decorations and the live music that was played in the lobby. , we appreciated the hot beverages that were offered by the fireplace. The hotel was located close to the beach, making it convenient for walks in the morning.

The rooms were not well-maintained; the sheets had holes, the carpets were dirty, and the furniture looked old.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, professional, and attentive. The beach was clean and not crowded. Good breakfast and restaurant. Great location, within walking distance of the old venetian port.
